Supplier Audits
Our supplier audits are a key part of our strategy to establish long-term partnerships with manufacturers who meet our high standards of quality, reliability, and sustainability. Regular quality checks and on-site audits ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001, as well as industry-specific requirements. We also assess production capacities and processes, identifying optimization potential in collaboration with our partners.
A strong focus is placed on transparency and traceability within the supply chain, ensuring materials are always reliably traceable. Robust crisis and risk management allows us to respond flexibly to raw material shortages or logistical disruptions, ensuring supply chain stability.
Production Controls
Quality management ensures that every packaging meets the highest standards of safety, durability, and precision. Together, we define an acceptable quality level (AQL) based on approval samples.
The focus is on controlling the entire manufacturing process: material quality, dimensional accuracy, and functionality are thoroughly checked. In addition to the automated inline inspections, we conduct additional inspections for critical or first-time production runs, supported by our on-site quality team, which monitors standards in real-time. Even after production, a goods receipt inspection is carried out to ensure that only products meeting our high standards are delivered.

Claims Management
Our complaints management ensures quick and efficient handling of quality issues. In the case of a complaint, we take care of the entire process, analyze the causes, and find sustainable solutions. Replacement deliveries or corrections are promptly organized to minimize any disruption to the supply chain. Through a systematic root cause analysis, we identify the reasons for deviations and implement preventive measures with the manufacturers to avoid future issues. Our goal is not only to resolve immediate complaints but also to achieve long-term improvements in the supply chain.
