Most plastics are recyclable and can be re-fed as granules into production during the manufacturing process. When using packaging made of glass, the percentage of PCR shards used also affects its sustainability level. We advise you regarding sustainable mono-material packaging and various recycling materials, e. g. RPET or RHDPE and their potential use as packaging for your product. And we check whether your product is in any case suitable for packaging made from recycled materials.

Generating clean and renewable wind power reduces air pollution and, according to ClimatePartner, has created 27 permanent jobs with wages and benefits above the local average.
“Money for plastic” is Plastic Bank’s approach to marine conservation. Lacking infrastructure, in particular developing countries often have large amounts of not properly disposed plastic waste. The Plastic Bank project steps up to avoid this waste being disposed of directly from entering the ocean. The plastic collected is recycled into “Social Plastic®” which is reintegrated into the production cycle for packagings.
At the same time, this project provides employment opportunities – according to Climate Partner, 2,300 new jobs have been created in the poorest countries of the world so far. Members receive a fair and stable income, the collected plastic can be exchanged for money or other benefits like e. g. food, drinking water or payment of school fees.
